Steps to receive scholarship funds after approval:
Read, agree, and sign off on the scholarship terms outlined in the “Certificate of Scholarship” which will be provided as we finalize details with the family and upon confirmed interest of participation.
Complete a direct deposit form so we can pay you quickly!
Submit child attendance monthly – only required for children on scholarship.
And last but not least we ask that you complete a survey about your participation in Back-to-School Boo$t scholarship program and the Early Learning Hub at the end of the scholarship period.

Sign a Hub Memorandum of Understanding
Complete a survey about your participation in Back-to-School Boo$t and the Early Learning Hub
Set up a Hub Program Profile (Virtual training is available and anticipate it taking 1 hour to complete)
Submit child attendance for scholarship recipients for each month on scholarship
Provider can be in another city if the family resides in Long Beach, Lakewood or Signal Hill and wants to utilize them
Providers that join the Hub through the Back to School Boo$t program are eligible to remain on the Hub after it’s completion

Yes, the Provider can be in another city if the family resides in Long Beach, Lakewood, or Signal Hill and wants to utilize them.
Please note the onboarding process can not begin until an eligible family selects the provider.

Families are responsible for paying the remaining amount owed directly to the Provider.

Funds are paid via direct deposit monthly to Providers. Attendance sheets are due monthly before funds are issued.
